Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mochi ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Mochi is operated by SYX STUDIO SDN. BHD. ("we", "our", or "the company"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Mochi is an intermittent fasting app for women. You pick a fasting protocol (12:12, 14:10, 16:8, or 18:6), and on harder days you can tap a shorter window before starting your fast. Mochi also accepts an optional period log so the AI companion can soften its tone on heavy days. We do not predict ovulation or cycle phases.

Mochi is a wellness tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Fasting recommendations are general guidelines and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult your doctor before starting any fasting program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have an eating disorder, or have any medical condition. You use Mochi at your own risk.

Subscriptions and Payments

Mochi is available as a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Mochi offers a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial period, if applicable).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Current pricing is available on the app's subscription screen.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Mochi are owned by SYX STUDIO SDN. BHD. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Mochi is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All personal data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information to any server.

Limitation of Liability

Mochi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SYX STUDIO SDN. BHD. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health outcomes related to fasting.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to your jurisdiction, subject to Apple's Standard EULA terms.
