How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Mochi and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Mochi, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored if it's active on your Apple ID.

Is my data private?

Yes. All your health and cycle data is stored locally on your device. We never upload it to any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I go shorter on a hard day?

Pick a fasting protocol when you sign up (12:12, 14:10, 16:8, or 18:6). On a day when you need to take it easier, tap a shorter window before starting your fast. Your streak doesn't break. The AI companion also softens its tone on days you've logged your period.

How do I enter my period log?

During onboarding, you'll enter your last period date and cycle length. You can update these anytime in Settings. Mochi uses this so the AI companion can soften its tone on heavy days. We don't predict cycle phases or change your fasting target based on your cycle.

How do I delete my data?

Since all data is stored on your device, deleting the Mochi app removes all your data. There is no server-side data to worry about.
