How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Mochi and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Mochi, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored if it's active on your Apple ID.

Is my data private?

Yes. All your health and cycle data is stored locally on your device. We never upload it to any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How does cycle syncing work?

Mochi adjusts your recommended fasting window based on your menstrual cycle phase. During low-energy phases (menstrual, luteal), shorter fasts are recommended. During high-energy phases (follicular, ovulation), longer fasts are safe and effective.

How do I enter my cycle data?

During onboarding, you'll enter your last period date and cycle length. You can update these anytime in Settings. Mochi uses this to calculate your cycle phases and recommend the right fasting schedule.

How do I delete my data?

Since all data is stored on your device, deleting the Mochi app removes all your data. There is no server-side data to worry about.
